The Business Model is to act as 'prime' consultancy, working closely with the Client Executive Teams to define the business problem or opportunity. Once this is identified along with an appropriate scope and approach, other consulting firms with specific skills sets are often brought in under the Strategies & Solutions International umbrella to deliver the initiative.
Wes Kirkham’s foundation skills were developed on the frontline through to senior management in the retail consumer goods and finance industries. After being part of the leadership team for Australia's largest Banking-Insurance merger in the late 90s, Wes consulted to multinationals in Asia, the UK and North America as a Director for PwC Consulting.
Wes established Strategies & Solutions International in 2003. By building relationships with other consulting groups with complimentary skills/experiences, Strategies & Solutions International grew quickly.
Wes lives in Brisbane Australia and is married with two adult sons. He is an avid rugby fan and is regularly beaten at tennis (which he regards as character building).
